Use the office that matches the record or custody question. Cumberland County Prison is the first contact for current county custody, while Central Booking handles recent intake processing. Court charges and docket questions belong with the court system, not the jail.

Right-to-Know Requests

For records that are not posted publicly, use the county's Right-to-Know Law / Open Records page. Pennsylvania's Right-to-Know Law, Act 3 of 2008, 65 P.S. Section 67.101 et seq., controls public-records requests, exemptions, and agency response duties.
