Search Terms
When a visitor enters a name, location, or other details into a search tool, that query is sent to the third-party provider operating the tool. Cumberland County Inmate Population does not store those search terms in its own records.
Messages
If you send an email or contact message, we may keep the information needed to read it and respond. We do not share those messages outside the organization unless a valid legal requirement applies.
Technical Data Collected Automatically

These pages link to county jail resources, the Cumberland County Right-to-Know process, Pennsylvania court and DOC portals, VINELink, federal locators, and third-party search tools. Once you leave this site, the privacy policy and data practices of the destination site control.
Advertising partners may also use their own systems to recognize activity across websites and deliver interest-based ads. That tracking is handled by those partners, not by Cumberland County Inmate Population.

We do not sell personal data. Information may be processed or disclosed to the following parties when needed:
